Location: Gonzaga University Theater and Dance Studios
Class Description: This contemporary dance class will be an exploration of moving big to fill the room and shape the space. We will play with ideas from Limon technique, Countertechnique, gymnastics, break dancing, and improvisation. As well as focus on harnessing momentum and releasing into the floor. We will explore all ranges of movement including jumps, floor work, and inversions. This joyful class will be accompanied by the greatest hits from the 80s, 90s, 00s, and today. Come prepared to sweat, smile, slide on the floor, and be challenged to find a larger, fuller mover within you.
Class Price: Drop-in $17/class or Class Cards: 5 class cards are $75, and 10 class cards are $140
